Shipping and Returns Policies

Who does free shipping apply to?

Free shipping applies to any cart totaling $150 or above for shipping to a USA address. Your package will be shipped via USPS.

 

I placed an order online. When will it ship?

Please do allow up to three business days for processing.

 

My order is delayed. Why haven’t I received it yet?

We know how frustrating it can be to have to wait! We will let you know if there is an unexpected delay in shipping, but otherwise do let us know if you haven’t received your package within a reasonable time frame. Holiday periods can delay delivery, but we will have a tracking number available if further investigation is necessary.

 

Extra fragile items: We may need to build special boxes to ship certain items safely. We also may wait to ship orders until Monday or Tuesday, so that the boxes aren’t stuck in transit over the weekend, which often results in rougher handling. Please allow two weeks.

 

In-store items: Some items are physically located in our store and must be transported to our warehouse for shipping. Please allow an extra day or two.

 

Unexpected Backordered Items:  We do our best to maintain accuracy in our inventory availability numbers, but errors can occur. If your order contains any items that are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to determine special arrangements you would prefer.  (i.e. holding the entire shipment until all items are available; perhaps shipping items separately; or perhaps a refund). If your order is time sensitive, please let us know and we’ll work with you to find a solution!

 

My order is damaged. What should I do?

We do our best to pack every order carefully, but – sadly – some items won’t survive extra rough handling. Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to proceed.

 

I live outside the US. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet but we hope to add this service in the near future.

 

My order is a gift. Can I include a note and make sure prices are omitted from the package?

Absolutely! Please tell us what you’d like us to write in the “Order Comments” section at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten note.

How are shipping and packaging costs calculated?

We work to keep costs down for our customers as much as possible. Shipping and packaging costs are primarily calculated with consideration to weight and destination location. We also work to be as environmentally friendly as possible, which means your item may arrive in reused materials (boxes/bubble wrap etc.)

Here at Quark!, we strive to provide our customers with fun quality products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

 

Proof of Purchase:

Please include proof of purchase so that we can credit the correct account. Once your item has been received and verified to be in good condition, we will issue you a refund or replacement. Please note that shipping expenses are nonrefundable.

 

Damaged or Incomplete Items:

If your order has arrived damaged, please notify us within one week of receipt and keep all the original packaging. Email us pictures of the shipping label, the shipping box and the damaged item. We will issue you a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

 

For online orders:

If you decide that you need to return your purchase, we understand and ask you to initiate this within one week of receipt. Please retain all original packaging, tags, and other labeling received with the product, and include these in the return shipment at your expense.
